Tafseer al-Qur’an is a science in which the verses of the Holy Qur’an are explained and made easy and comprehensible for the general public. The Prophet of Allah ﷺ was the first to be given this duty, so Allah says: ”And We sent down the Zikr (The Qur’ān) to you, so that you explain to the people what has been revealed for them”(Al-Nahl:44).
